I love having these s’more bites because on a rainy or bad day it it always makes me feel better. Plus, you don’t have to go outside and make a campfire.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 24 welled muffin tin with cooking spray or anything you have. Crush the graham crackers finely using a food processor. In a small bowl, mix together the graham crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Scoop about one teaspoon of the graham cracker mixture in to the wells of the muffin tin and use your fingers to press the crumbs down.
  2. Bake for 4 minutes, then remove form the oven. Add a piece of chocolate to each well of the muffin tin and top with a half of a marshmallow. Return to the oven and cook until marshmallows are brown.
